SASR accumulates stop acknowledge data from all the IPBus peripherals. When any peripheral
enters Stop mode, the appropriate bit in the SASR is set. When the peripheral exits Stop mode,
the bit is cleared. SASR data can be read through the SQBus or the local bus.
