Pins
There are four groups of functional pins.
A.1.2.1
General Purpose I/O Pins (GPIO)
The I/O pins have a level in the range of 3.13V to 5.5V. This class of pins is comprised of all port I/O pins,
the analog inputs, BKGD and the RESET pins. Some functionality may be disabled.

High Voltage Pins
LS[2:0], HS[1:0], PL[5:0], VSENSE have a nominal 12V level.
A.1.2.3
Oscillator
If the designated EXTAL and XTAL pins are configured for external oscillator operation then these pins
have a nominal voltage of 1.8V.

This pin is used for production testing only. The TEST pin must be tied to ground in all applications.
