25.6.1.16 UART ISP Return Codes
25.6.2 IAP commands
For in-application programming the IAP routine should be called with a 32-bit pointer in
register r0 pointing to memory (RAM) containing the command code and parameters.
Results of the IAP command are returned in the result table pointed-to by register r1. The
user can reuse the command table for results by passing the same pointer in both
registers, r0 and r1. The parameter table is large enough to hold all the results in case the
number of results are more than the number of parameters. Parameter passing is
illustrated in
. The number of parameters and results vary according to the IAP
command. The maximum number of parameters is four, passed to the "Copy RAM to
FLASH" command (IAP_CMD_CODE and four parameters for a total of five items in the
