Chapter 4: LPC5410x System configuration (SYSCON)

4.5.7 Peripheral reset control register 1

The PRESETCTRL1 register allows software to reset specific peripherals. Writing a zero 
to any assigned bit in this register clears the reset and allows the specified peripheral to 
operate. Writing a one asserts the reset.
