prescaler. The perpherial clock source of PWM2 and PWM3 is defined by PWM23_S
(CLKSEL1[31:30]) and PWM23_S_E (CLKSEL2[9]).

(CLKSEL1[29:28]) and PWM01_S_E (CLKSEL2[8]).
