Recording Blood Pressure Readings
Blood pressure readings may be recorded following the completion of a session or from the
Blood pressure trends screen. Recording is available only if it is part of your care plan
prescribed by your provider.
Press the "
ADD BLOOD PRESSURE
" button
on the Session completion screen or “+” on the
Blood pressure trends screen to record your readings.

For the first two attempts to initiate adding your blood pressure readings, you will be
presented with a guideline on how to take your blood pressure using your blood pressure
monitoring device. Pres
sing “
ADD READINGS
” on the last screen of the guideline will display
the Add Blood Pressure screen.
