Fan replacement
Fan model for replacement: Orion Fans – G109-15A
1. Ensure power to the unit is power off. This includes both the power rocker switch set to the off
position and the AC power cable is unplugged.
2. Open up the Battery Control Panel using a flat head screwdriver to unlock the door.
3. At the bottom right of the unit is the cooling fan. At the terminal block, disconnect the two power
wires that go to the fan using a small flat head screwdriver.
4. Using a PH2 screwdriver and M7 socket remove the four screws and nuts securing the fan to the
bottom of the Battery Control Panel.
5. Reinstall the new fan ensuring it is installed in the same orientation as the removed fan. Ensure
the fan guard is properly installed and use the same hardware as was originally used.
6. Reconnect the fan power connections to the terminal block ensuring the correct polarity and
secure using the small flat head screwdriver.
