Testing of the PBS, e.g. with axle 2
Wait for running up of driving motors.
Press the key

Increase the braking force of the PBS slowly until the automatic
slip deactivation reacts. If no slip deactivation is obtained, then
press the key S (58).
Drive vehicle out of the roller set.
Enter the permissible total vehicle weight, e.g. 1,200 kg.
Press the keys G (65) 1 2 0 0 and E (60).
Request documentation log form 11 (passenger car).

- for the pressure pz1 on the brake cylinder of axle 1
- for the pressure pm on the coupling head brake
Entering data for braking force evaluation
(Data can also be entered after the test.)
1. Permissible total weight for towing vehicle
Press the keys G (65) 1 2 0 0 0 and E (60).
3. Calculation pressure for entire vehicle
Press keys P (63) 6 . 5 and E (60)
4. Calculation pressure for axle 4
Press the keys P (63) 4 P (63) 4 and E (60).
5. Calculation pressure for axle 5
Press the keys P (63) 5 P (63) 4 and E (60).
Using the rotary switch (11), select the test speed

(2.5 km/h).
