problems. If the recommended solution does not solve the problem,
please return it to an authorized dealer for repair.

Stimulation is
weak or non-
existent
Skin turns red
Skin feels numb
The treatment is time
too long.
The electrode heads
are dirty.
The electrode heads
are too closely
touching the skin.
Use the device for a
shorter time.
Clean with a damp
cloth.
Remove and place
on the skin again.
The electrode heads
are not in close
contact with the skin.
The electrode heads
are touching each
other.
The wires are not
connected properly
to the electrode heads
and the main device.
The batteries dead.
Remove the electrode
heads, clean them and
place them back on
the skin.
Separate the electrode
heads.
Disconnect, clean and
reconnect all parts.
Replace the batteries.
