3.7 BLADE EJECTOR WORM
SCREW AND BLADE
EJECTOR REMOVAL
The blade ejector worm screw is located on
the lower support bracket of the group.
To rimove it:
1 Remove the pouring group (see par. 3.2).
2 Take out the worm screw by removing
the two screws on the base with a phil-
lips screwdriver.
To remove the blade ejector, it is necessary
to:
1 Remove the pouring group (see par. 3.2).
2 Take out the motor (see par. 3.3).
3 Remove the screw on the blade ejector
with a 3 mm allen key.
4 Slide out the blade ejector, turning the
shaft.
5 Slide the shaft from the bottom.
When refitting, the engineer needs to:
1 Reposition the shaft.
2 Reload the spring by one and a half turns
using the blade. Add in the screw soft
loctite.
3 Tighten the 3 mm allen screw.
