Return transport costs for the product shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser.
Warranty conditions

The warranty shall be effective only upon submission of an unadulterated proof of purchase (invoice
or sales receipt) to NUM’AXES.
2.
This warranty does not cover the following points:

direct or indirect transport risks linked to the return of the product to NUM’AXES
•
product damage resulting from:
−
negligence or fault on the part of the user
−
usage contrary to instructions or not as intended for the product
−
repairs conducted by unapproved technicians
•
loss or theft.
3.
If the product is found to be faulty, NUM’AXES shall either repair or exchange it as it deems fit.
4.
NUM’AXES shall not be held liable for any damage that may result from incorrect use or product
failure.
5.
NUM’AXES reserves the right to modify the specifications of its products with a view to making
technical improvements or complying with new regulations.
