Troubleshooting

Collare / Tablet/ Pulse oximeter battery is empty
Tablet informs user
in case battery
level is too low.
Please charge the
device before
continuing.

Unexpected error
If unexpected error occurs, please turn the tablet off and restart the
measurement flow.
3.
Neckband size is incorrect
When starting the measurement sound level is too low, tablet
informs user to select another neckband size.
