U/V/W-phase of driver is short
circuited due to the wiring in driver
and motor. Also, U/V/W-phases are
grounded in the earth.

Check wiring and replace if necessary.

Short circuit or fault in U/V/W phases
on motor side.

Replace the motor.

Defect in internal circuit of driver.
■
Replace the driver.

■
Ambient temperature is high.
■
Confirm that the temperature of the
control board (ambient temperature of
the driver) does not exceed 55°C. If in
excess of 55°C, check the installation
method of the driver, and confirm that
the cooling temperature of the control
board is set to below 55°C.
