set individually with the help of the upper DIL switch

on the additional
control PCB by inserting a coin (see Fig. 2c):
1
First unhook the coin validator and set the
eighth DIL switch of the upper switching
block on the rear of the device upward to
ON.
The operating elements on the additional control PCB are no longer
inhibited and can now be operated.
2
Hang the coin validator back in the machine.
3
Use a pointed object to set the upper DIL switch leftward to ON.
The flashing green and red LEDs indicate that the coin validator is no
longer in the operating mode.
4
Insert coins until their value amounts to the desired price for chute 1.
Only the coins added by the coin validator drop into the escrow.
Rejected coins must therefore be inserted again.
If the wrong coins were inserted, the price-setting operation can be
interrupted at any time by pressing the return button.
5
Confirm the price by pressing the selection button for chute 1.
All evaluated coins are paid out.
6
Add up the paid-out coins and, to be on the safe side, compare with
the desired price again.
If the value is not equivalent to the desired price, not all inserted
coins were accepted or added. In that case, the price-setting
operation must be repeated.
7
Repeat steps 4 to 6 for all installed chutes.
8
Set the upper DIL switch rightward again (to OFF).
The LEDs stop flashing. The coin validator is in operating mode
again.
9
If the operating elements on the additional control PCB are to be inhibited
in normal operation, unhook the coin validator again, set the eighth DIL
switch of the upper switching block S1 downward again (to OFF) and
hang the coin validator back in the vending machine.
