Expand Channel 26 and choose “Custom Analog 0-5V” from the “Load From Defaults” drop-
down menu.   

 

This will auto select “P-SCM #9132, (0 to 5) V, SE Input, Constant 12V EXC” from the 
SymphoniePRO Signal Conditioning Module (P-SCM)” drop-down menu.  

 

Edit the Description, Scale Factor, Offset and Units as show in the image below:
