Lubrication
This section details the lubrication points and schedule for the various wrecker parts. Make sure
to use the oil recommended by the manufacturer of each component.
4.3.1
Oil
IMPORTANT:
NRC wreckers use oil for the hydraulic system, winches and swing drive.
When changing the oil, take care not to spill any. Collect the oil in a leak-
proof can or container and bring it to your nearest collection point for
recycling.
NOTE: Oil types for other equipment included with NRC equipment (e.g. winch) are
provided for reference only. See the manufacturer's manual (e.g. winch
manufacturer's manual) for the appropriate oil type and frequency for your
application and model.
