Assembly
1. Lay the belt around the motor sprocket
(1) and belt tensioner (2).
2. Slowly tighten the buffer disc just like
tightening a chain. Hold the belt in
position with a screwdriver.
3. Attach the retaining ring of the buffer
disc.
4. Stretch the belt by pressing the
tensioning screw (3) in the long slot
against the belt. Tighten both screws
(3,4).
5. Thread the cover plate over the
connector cable and screw it tight.

The flange bushing (5) can now be
removed.
2. Unscrew the fastening screws (3,4) of
the belt tensioner. Remove the eccentric
axle (6).
