Prerequisites

Memory medium is connected to the printer.

Carrying out

1. Call

Tools >Diagnostic > Gen.Support Data

2. Selecting a memory medium.

Only connected memory media show up for selection:

– SD = SD card
– USB = USB thumb drive

3. Press key 4 to save the diagnostic data.

The diagnostic data is stored in folder

\SupportData

under the file name:
