Using the Packages Tab
Click the expand icon to display detailed package information. Select the package name to
display the package details.This includes the package deployment information and the
package information tabs.

The package summary includes the following information:
Table 3-9: Package Summary Information
Status Description
Package Name Title of the package.
Origin Point of origin of the package. An origin of Novell or System
refers to packages created by Novell.
Status The current status of the package, stating if the package is
enabled and ready to be requested from the Global
Subscription Server.
Cache Status The current cache status of the package. A package is
considered cached when it has been downloaded from the
Global Subscription Server and actually resides on the local
server.
Cache Request Status Indicates if the package has been requested from the Global
Subscription Server.
