3.6.3  Changing the Encoding for an HTML Item You are 
Reading

Double-click the item you want to read.

Right-click the body of the item, then click 

Encoding

.

Select the proper encoding for the message.

Currently, you can only change the encoding for HTML messages that you are reading. You cannot 
change the encoding for text messages. For most HTML messages, you should not need to change 
the encoding.
