On a Macintosh, click GroupWise > Preferences .
2 Click General , then click the Default Actions tab.
3 Select if you want to use the GroupWise classic format, include the headers, or use the Internet
standard.
If you select Internet Standard, you must specify a separator. The default separator is the
greater-than sign (>).
If you select Include Headers or Internet Standard, you must select if you want to type your
response at the top of the original message or at the bottom of the original message.

10.12 Setting Your Default HTML Reply Format

If you select HTML Enhanced, you must select if you want to type your response at the top of
the original message or on the bottom of the original message, and you must specify a

10.13 Toolbar Display/Hide Options
There are three different toolbars you can display in the Cross-Platform client:
Š Main: The Main toolbar contains most of your commonly used functions, such as New
Appointment and New Mail. The Main toolbar is located under the Menu bar.

Item Context: The Item Context toolbar contains context-sensitive buttons that relate to the
item that is displayed. The Item Context toolbar is located at the top of the QuickViewer
window.
Š
Folder Context: The Folder Context toolbar contains context-sensitive buttons that relate to
actions you can perform on particular folders (currently only the Trash folder and the Checklist
folder). The Folder Context toolbar displays above the folder list.
To display or hide a toolbar:
1 Click View > Toolbars , then click the toolbar you want to display or hide.
When a toobar is displayed, a check mark is displayed next to the toolbar name in the main
menu.
