10.2 Setting the Key Used to Delete Items
You can specify the key used to delete items.
1 Click Tools > Options .
or
On a Macintosh, click GroupWise > Preferences .
2 Click General .
3 In the Item deletion method list, select the method you want to use.
For Windows and Linux, the options are:
Del-key: Use the Delete key to delete items (default).
Backspace-key: Use the Backspace key to delete items.
On a Macintosh, the options are:
Del-key: Use the Del key to delete items (default).
Delete-key: Use the Delete IIht nokey to delete items.
10.3 Confirming Deletion of Items
Use Item Deletion Confirmation to have GroupWise prompt you for confirmation each time you
delete an item.
1 Click Tools > Options .
or
On a Macintosh, click GroupWise > Preferences .

Click General .
3 Select the Item deletion confirmation check box, then click OK or Apply .
10.4 Show Hidden Files
If you are using Linux, you might not be able to see hidden system files. To view the hidden system
files:
1 Click Tools > Options , then click General .
or
On a Macintosh, click GroupWise > Preferences .
2 Select Show hidden files .
