D.2 Install the HG1700 Sensor Unit
To re-assemble the SPAN IMU with the HG1700 sensor, see
Figure 132: SPAN IMU Re-Assembly
page and follow these steps:
1. Mount the HG1700 sensor with the attached #8 screws. Apply threadlock to the screw threads. Use a hex
key to torque each screw to 10 in-lbs.
2. Fit the tube body over the HG1700 sensor and onto the base plate.
