OBD 2 Low Power Mode Configuration

Command Function

This command sets the maximum amount of time (in minutes) that the unit will
remain in a low-power state without other external events.

<TIME>

Time (in minutes) that the unit will remain in a low-power state
0-64800

0 = timer is disabled (modem will only turn on based on motion and ignition on)

64800 = 45 days

1440 =24 hours

Default value = 1440

Notes

Low-power state is entered by issuing the AT$OFF command. In this state, the
unit is placed in a reduced functionality mode that reduces power consumption
significantly. During this time, modem, GPS, and other features are not available.
Exiting from low-power state will only occur when the AT$OBDDST time value is
exceeded, unit motion is detected, or an ignition-on event is detected.
