This command is used to specify which form of modem identification is used in
the API optional header.

The digit that is prepended to the binary ESN. This is only valid with an
<IDENTIFIER> value of 4.

<OTA IDENTIFIER>

The identification data sent in the API optional header

Notes

When using <IDENTIFIER> = 4 a new tag is used in the optional header. The new
tag is: APIOPTHDR_HESN_TYPE = 10.
