In the Windows Features dialog (Figure below), check “TFTP Client” and then click OK.

A progress bar window will appear while the TFTP Client feature is being activated. When the

Set your computer’s static IP address

Disconnect the computer from your local network by removing any networking cables.

In the Windows Control Panel, double-click Network and Sharing Center.

In the Network and Sharing Center dialog, click the Local Area Connection option.

In the Local Area Connection Status dialog, click the Properties button.

In the Local Area Connection Properties dialog (Figure 3-23), select Internet Protocol Version
4 (TCP/IPv4) and click the Properties button.
