1. PREFACE
In combination with the NOVAFON sound wave devices, the
NOVAFON Sensory Rollers are designed to stimulate surface and deep-tis-
sue sensitivity. Two well-established treatment methods are combined
during the Sensory Roller application: The vibrations of the NOVAFON sound
wave devices for pain relief as well as the stimulation of the upper skin
layers to promote blood circulation through the specific shape of Sensory
Roller attachments, which are comparable to a spiky massage ball. Please
read the following pages carefully to ensure proper use. Before using the
attachments, please also observe all information from the operating in-
structions of your NOVAFON sound wave device.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The cone-shaped tips of the rollers induce
stimuli on the surface of the skin and simultaneously stimulate deeper
tissue layers through the vibrations of the sound wave devices. The three
different hardness grades of the rollers enable individual adaptation of the
stimulus intensity to the treatment goal or the needs of the person receiving
the treatment.
The Sensory Roller set consists of the following items:
Adapter, Retaining clip, 3 different coloured rollers, User Manual
The different hardness grades can be identified by the respective colour
marking: yellow = soft; orange = medium; red = hard
The different rollers can be exchanged via the retaining clip and attached
to the device. The Sensory Rollers are compatible with all NOVAFON sound
wave devices with the corresponding adapter.
3. APPLICATION
Mount the Sensory Roller attachment completely assem-
bled over the adapter on your NOVAFON sound wave device. You can rotate
the retaining clip inside the adapter to ensure optimal alignment. Hold the
adapter with one hand while turning the attachment with the other hand.
Adjust the orientation so that you can roll straight over the area to be treat-
ed while the device sits loosely in your hand. Be careful not to apply any
