This command performs 3-axis bit pattern interpolation.

Before driving, the +/− direction bit data of the three interpolating axes should be set, and the setting bit data of each axis (each
direction) is at most 16

×

8 = 128-bit. Once the data is over than 128-bit, those remaining data can be filled during the driving.
