Safety
• If the product is not to be used for an extended period
the batteries should be removed. Batteries left in the pro-
duct have the potential to leak and cause damage.
• Do not mix battery types or old and new batteries.
• The product is intended for indoor use only. The product
must not be exposed to rain or high humidity.

Care and maintenance
Clean the star lamp using a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild clea-
ning agent – never use a solvent or strong, abrasive cleaning
agent as these could damage the product.
Disposal
The star lamp should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local council.

1. Slide the battery cover in the direction of the arrow and
remove it.
2. Insert 3 × AA/LR6 1.5 V batteries (sold separately) in
accordance with the markings in the battery box.
3. Refit the battery cover onto the battery box.
The star lamp can also be powered by a mains AC/DC
adaptor (sold separately). A compatible mains adaptor is Clas
Ohlson Art.no 36-5777/18-2925. Plug the DC connector into
the socket by the arrow. If a mains adaptor is used, the batteries
are automatically circumvented to save their power.
Operating instructions
Operation using the power switch
• Continuously on or off.
• Set the selector switch to either [ ON ] to switch the light on,
or [ OFF ] to switch it off.
Operation using the timer function
• 8 hours on and 16 hours off in a continuous cycle.
• Set the power switch to the [ TIMER ] position. The LEDs
will stay switched on for 8 hours and then switch off for
16 hours before coming on again for 8 hours, and so on in
a cycle. This operating cycle will continue until the batteries
are discharged or until the selector switch is set to either
[ OFF ] or [ ON ].
