E1 Voice Expansion Module
The E1 Voice Expansion Module provides the following:
•
Six voice channels provided on the basic module
•
Expandable to 30 E1 voice channels (in six channel increments) with
optional Digital Voice Expansion Modules (maximum of four)
•
Maximum of two E1 Voice Expansion Modules per Passport 4460 unit
providing support for up to 60 voice channels
A tri-color indicator light, located to the left of the RJ-48 connector on the back
panel, displays the status of the module and E1 line (see
for indicator
functions).
