This information applies to the ISDN BRI (U Interface) Adapter Module as part of
the Passport 4460 unit.
User’s Responsibility
You are required to request service from the telephone company before you
connect the unit to a network. When you request service, you must provide the
telephone company with the following data:
• Whether the notification is about a connection or disconnection
• FCC Part 68 (U.S.A.) – (see label on module for registration number)
• DOC CS-03 (Canada)
• Required Universal Service Order Code (USOC) connector: RJ-48
