DVEM Power Harness

You must install a Digital Voice Expansion Module Power Harness (NTAU32AA) 
in Passport 4450 and 4455 units (5-slot chassis only) containing any Digital 
Voice Expansion Modules. This harness provides the required additional power 
to the Digital Voice Expansion Module boards.

The Digital Voice Expansion Module Power Harness must be ordered separately.

The following applies to connecting the DVEM Power Harness:

Do not connect the Digital Voice Expansion Module 
Power Harness to the T1/E1 Voice Module.

•

If your Passport 4450/4455 unit contains only one Digital 
Voice Expansion Module, there will be an additional, 
unused connector on the power harness. Leave the spare 
connector unconnected.
