IPTHRON
The IPTHRON table contains IP throttling numbers. The IP message flow from
switch hosts requires throttling to control message congestion in the bandwidth-
limited shared communication resources between the local message switch
(LMS) and message switch (MS). The IP throttling numbers datafilled in this
table derive the level of such throttling to and from each of the IP hosts.
Throttling capacity fields should not be zeros; the IP throttling numbers default
to zero (100% throttling) for all EIUs datafilled in table LIUINV. If the throttling
capacity numbers are not datafilled to non-zero values, the EIU cannot
communicate to destination nodes.
