Table definitions
BGDATA
The BGDATA table is used to store information relating to multiswitch business
groups (MBG). This table sets the customer group that the linkset can access. If
a line is in another customer group than the one defined in this table, the contact
center cannot acquire or monitor the line or ACD group.

SCAICOMS
The SCAICOMS table defines a linkset for use by a switch computer application
interface (SCAI) group. This table sets the type and address of the host
application. Most of the sites are TCP type. The IP address in this table must
match the IP address of the host application or the switch does not allow logon.
With the ENHASSOC feature, a maximum of 100 CDNs can be acquired on this
link. Nortel recommends that you configure the continuity audit interval
(AUDINTVL) so that the check is not performed more that once every 15
minutes.

SCAIGRP
The SCAIGRP table stores all the switch computer application interface (SCAI)
groups within a switch. Each SCAI group has a password, network node
identifier (ID), and business group ID (BGID). This table sets the logon options
for the linkset. The PASSWORD, NETNODID, and BGID must be unique. The
PASSWORD and NETNODID are defined only in this table. The BGID is
datafilled in table BGDATA.
