Configuring and maintaining LinkPlexer 6.0

Configuring Periphonics VPS/is (Peri-ICM) to 
use LinkPlexer 

To configure a Peri-ICM package on a Link Server for use with LinkPlexer 6.0, 
you must configure the PBX Link connection. 

To configure the PBX Link connection

Locate the hosts file in C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\hosts on the Peri-
ICM server.

Edit the hosts file by adding the PBX Link IP address using the PBX 
Configuration Edits, for example: 

192.84.161.227 pbxlink.

For CS 2x00/DMS connection with PERI-ICM, Contact Center Manager 
Server or TAPI server, add the LinkPlexer (CLAN) IP address as 

pbxlink

 

in the hosts file.
