Configuring and maintaining LinkPlexer 6.0

Configuring Contact Center Manager Server to 
use LinkPlexer 6.0

The following section describes the procedure used to configure Contact Center 
Manager Server to use LinkPlexer.

To configure Contact Center Manager Server to use the LinkPlexer 6.0 
application

On the Contact Center Manager Server, click 

Start > All Programs > 

Nortel Contact Center > Manager Server > Feature Report

. 

Result: 

The Feature Report dialog box appears.

Select the 

Switch Information

 tab.

In the 

Switch Name

 box, type a name for the switch. 

4

In the 

Switch IP Address

 box, type the IP address of the LinkPlexer 6.0 

server. 

Note: 

Contact Center Manager Server assumes the port number is 2500.
