Activating and deactivating the ability to page
1. Place the programming template over the appropriate buttons of the
programming telephone.
2. Press

want to program.

Creating page zones
Each telephone can be assigned to one of three zones for receiving pages.
1. Place the programming template over the appropriate buttons of the
programming telephone.

(the default System Coordinator password).
4. Press

and enter the internal number of the telephone you
want to program.

to select the setting:
1, 2, 3,

None
.
You can make a telephone part of a page zone only if the telephone has
paging set to
Y
(Yes).
Tip -
Hunt Group DNs cannot be included in a page
zone. For more information about Hunt Groups, see
‘‘Programming Hunt Groups’’ on page 165.
