Ensuring no DNS servers are configured on your Business 
Communications Manager

Start Unified Manager.

Click the 

Services

 key.

Click the 

DNS

 heading.

Ensure that the 

Primary (& Sec.) Server IP Addr

 box is empty.

If it is not, delete the entry and press the 

Enter

 key on your keyboard to save your changes.
