When the 703t server does not boot and there are no audible
beeps
To check why server fans are not turning when

Ensure that the power cord is properly connected into an electrical
outlet.

If the problem continues, ensure that there is power to the electrical
outlet.

Ensure that the monitor is turned on.

If the problem continues, ensure that the internal power supply to
the boards is connected correctly.
When the 703t server does not boot and the system board LED
is red
If the right-most status LED on the front of the 703t server is red, this is
usually due to failure of the Board Management Controller.
The most likely cause is changing boards without completely powering
down the 703t server and disconnecting the power cable.
