Troubleshooting

If the 1001t Server does not start up, refer to the “Quick 
hardware troubleshooting chart” on the following page. If the 
problem cannot be solved using the chart, refer to the Nortel 
Symposium Call Center 1001t Maintenance and Diagnostics 
Guide for detailed maintenance and diagnostics procedures.

Next installation 
steps

If the M1 switch is not already configured, refer to the Nortel 
Symposium Call Center Server and Meridian 1 Guide and set up 
the M1 switch. When the M1 is configured, go to the Nortel 
Symposium Call Center Server Software Installation Guide and 
start the 1001t Server software installation.
