CAUTION: Do not overtighten any threaded parts.
Overtightening threaded parts may result in stripped threads or
cracked parts.
See Figure 6-3.
1. Install the contact assembly (12) into the new multiplier (11). Secure
it with the multiplier nut (13)
2. Insert the new multiplier into the gun body (14). Make sure that the
multiplier is oriented as shown in Figure 6-3.
3. Install the mounting bracket (10) into the gun. Secure the mounting
bracket using the screws (8) and O-rings (9).
4. Thread the tension tube (5) into the mounting bracket.
5. Connect the gun cable extension (7) and air tubing extension (6) into
the mounting bracket.
6. Slide the tension tube and cable and gun air tubing extensions into
the large end of the mounting tube (4). Push the mounting tube as far
as it will go against the mounting bracket.
7. Install the tension tube locator (3) over the end of the tension tube
and into the end of the mounting tube. Secure the tension tube
locator with the lock nut (2).
8. Install the gun on its mount. Refer to the Installation section for
instructions.
