Bad blower contactor

Verify that blower is operating. If blower
is not operating, perform

problem 4.

Bad I/O card

See Figure 6-2. If I/O card LED I6 is on,
turn off oven. Replace I/O card.

Defective pressure switch or wiring

Verify that I/O card LED I6 is on. If LED
is off, check for an open in wires 2200
and 2210. Repair as necessary.

If no open wire is found, check for an
open static pressure switch. If an open
is found, replace static pressure switch
SW 221.

9. E-Stop not detected when

switch pressed

Defective I/O board

Verify that I/O card LED I7 is on. If LED
on, turn oven off. Replace I/O card.

E-Stop button or wiring defective

See Figure 6-2. If I/O card LED I7 is off,
turn off oven. Check for an open in
wires 2250, 2260, 2265, and 2275.
Repair as necessary.

If an open is not found, replace E-stop
switch(s) PB226 or PB226A.
