The
Faults & Warnings 2
Screen allows the operator to determine the cause
of a fault. There are many faults that could occur such as illuminated
indicators denoting
High Pressure
,
Low Dispense Pressure
,
Low Reload
Pressure
, and
Material Supply
. The high and low volume sides are separate
to determine if the fault is on the high volume or low volume side. This
screen is mainly used to troubleshoot pressure faults in the system. Note
the following:
High Pressure
is a fault indicating that the observed pressure exceeds
the high pressure limit.
Low Dispense Pressure
is a fault indicating that the observed pressure
during dispense has dropped below the low pressure limit.
Low Reload Pressure
is a fault indicating that the reload pressure is
lower than the system requires.
Material Supply
is a fault indicating an issue with material supply. Be
sure to check the condition and operation of all components related to
the supply of material.
