MAINTENANCE
Read the instructions in this paragraph carefully, as they contain the basic rules for
maintenance and the correct operation of the appliance over time.
11.1
Safety
To perform any operation it is necessary to observe the safety regulations already indicated
in chapter 3 and in particular:
Do not remove or tamper with the safety and protection devices to perform
routine maintenance interventions.
Do not handle with wet hands or feet.
Do not insert tools or kitchen utensils in the protections of electrical or mechanical
parts.
Use suitable and compatible equipment for any maintenance operation.
Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the electrical power supply.
Do not pull the power cord to disconnect it.
Do not pull the probe cable to pull it out of the product.
Do not heat the probe with a flame.
The products are designed and made with extreme care and attention to provide the user
with the best safety standards.
11.2
Cleaning
Warning! Disconnect the power plug before cleaning the appliance.
IT IS advisable to clean the inside of the cell every day to maintain high levels of hygiene and
to prevent the stainless steel inside the cell from getting ruined. Follow this procedure to
clean the appliance:
1.
Before starting any cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the electrical and
hydraulic mains.
2.
Clean the stainless steel surfaces, both internal and external, using a damp cloth
and a neutral, non-abrasive detergent.
3.
Rinse thoroughly with a damp cloth (do not use jets of water).
4.
Dry carefully.
IMPORTANT!
Do not scrape the surfaces with sharp objects.
IMPORTANT!
Do not use corrosive substances, solvents, acids and aggressive
products or steel sponges or brushes since the deposits may damage
the machine and compromise its operation.
