10  Troubleshooting

 

 

Symptom

Problem with the EMG Sensor recognizing the SmartLead 

 

Possible Reason 

Remedial Action 

 

SmartLead is disconnected or loose 

 

Check that the SmartLead is inserted fully. 

 

Firmware in the Sensor is outdated.  The EMG 
Sensor Status LED may be solid Yellow. 

 

Sensor firmware is periodically updated to 
support newly designed SmartLeads.  Make 
sure you have installed the latest version of 
MR3 and run a firmware update if needed.
