We have tried to ensure that you get the most up-to-date information available about the Access Gateway, and
we hope this User Guide has met all your operational and performance needs. However, we understand that
occasionally you may run into problems that require additional technical support.
Troubleshooting on page 263 provides some basic troubleshooting information and procedures that will help
you to diagnose and solve your problem (if the problem is related to the Access Gateway). Additionally, you
should check with your network documentation to verify that the network components are functioning
correctly.
If you cannot resolve the problem with your documentation resources, try visiting our corporate Web site. We
may have new information posted here that addresses your issues.

When contacting technical support, please have your Access Gateway’s serial number
available. The serial number is located on the bottom panel of your Access Gateway.
