7.3.6 Disassembling ice cream head, cylinder beater and mix feed pipe
1. Push
the piston out of
the ice cream head.
2. Remove
the two
O rings from the
piston.
3. Remove
the gasket on
the back of the ice
cream head.
4. Disassemble
the
beater.
5. Disassemble
the outer
and inner pipe of the
mix feed pipe.
6. Remove
the two
O rings from the mix
feed pipe.

1. Clean
and disinfect all
components and dry
them carefully with a
clean towel (prefera-
bly paper). (see para-
grpah 7.2.3)
2. Clean
the (outside of)
the cylinder.
