7.3.12 Disinfecting the machine (left and right)

1. Fill
the mix tank com-
pletely with disinfec-
ting solution..
2. Wait
at least 5 minu-
tes.
3. Drain
all the disinfec-
ting solution out of
the machine.

pletely with cold wa-
ter.
5. Drain
all the water out
of the machine.
6. Repeat
steps 4 to 5.

the emergency
stop.

‘OFF’.

the agitator.

the mixtank with
1,2 liter of ice cream
mix.
4. Install
the mix feed
pipe into the mix tank.
5. Turn
the mix feed pipe
to the ‘close’ position.
