Introduce the cloth roller into the ironer.

Apply
thread lock Loctite 243
to the shoulder screws
(2)
and screw these in from each side. Tighten
the bolts first at correct torque. Connect the power supply and run the cloth roller until just before
engagement and rotate until the cloth recess is at the position shown on the bottom picture on
the preceding page. Disconnect the power supply and introduce
Cloth roller tool (4).
Pull the tool
together. Tighten the shoulder screws to the full tightening torque of 200 Nm.

Remove the tool.
5.1.2 Installation
Refitting of mangle cloth
Connect the ironer to the mains power supply
and leave the cloth roller so that the recess in the
roller is accessible from the control bar opening.
Disconnect the power supply
and introduce
the mangle cloth into the recess from right to
left. Guide the cloth so that it runs onto the roller.
