Service Manual – Floortec R 870

Drive System Electronic Board Disassembly/Assembly

Disassembly

1  

Drive the machine on a level floor.

2   Turn the ignition key to “0” and engage the parking brake 

3   Open the battery/engine compartment hood 

Disconnect the battery connector (Floortec R 870 Battery) - Disconnect the batteries (Floortec R 870 

Petrol/LPG) 

4  

On the left rear side of the battery/engine compartment, disengage the protection caps (A) and 

disconnect the electrical connections of the drive system electronic board (B) 

5   Remove the four side socket head screws (C) fastening the drive system electronic board (B) 

6  

Slightly lift the drive system electronic board (B) and disconnect its connector (D), then retrieve it.

Assembly

7   Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly
